    project feaver?

Post by NorthernJordan on Sun Jul 29, 2012 5:42 am

I would really like another lambretta, this time some thing fairly standard engine wise. But with a shiny paint job. Razz but don't really have the time or money for one. Does any one else get an itching for a project on the go?

I'd love to have project fever. I can barely be arsed looking at mine, as it's moved into the stage now where it just wants a load of money chucked at it. Front end is starting to look expensive now: Lammy fork conversion, decent set of dampers/fork internals and a lammy disc brake. I'd love to crack on and make some progress, but I just don't have the spare cash or time at the minute.

I don't have the effort, hence why I came in from the shed half an hour ago to check something and now I'm still on the forum...

I know what you mean. You can hit the wall with a project, but then when you finally finish you miss working on it... Till it brakes, then you remember you actually hate scooters Razz

i have the chopper auto, but it needs lots doing in the engine. i might just go to the scrappy and see if i can get a complete engine in alright condition. then the capri is an engine transplant jobber. and Funk loads of work. but thats doing to stay rusty and ratty paint wise.
