    Insurance companies.

Post by ModdyBoy on Sat Oct 13, 2012 6:17 am

Insurance companies talk out of their arse! I rang up today to post-pone the insurance for the PK to sell it, you'd think it'd be no problem? WRONG!

Apparently, I need to keep the scooter insured, because I have taken out a policy, even though the PK will not be my property; it's wrong ain't it?

So, how did you lot go about with the insurance companies to have your policy on hold until you get another bike/scooter? I'm thinking the best bet is to cancel it, as they're wanting to jump me up from £35 a month for a PK, to £74 a month for a T5, so that's £500 odd for 7 months! It's ridiculous, so will my best bet to shop around and sack MCE Insurance off?

Dunno, but for me on a T5 it was about 400 for the first year.
