Whats the most useless part you've bought?

Post by rhyshill1 on Thu Nov 01, 2012 9:58 am

What is the most useless part you've bought for your scooter?

Mine is probably a chrome headlamp rim off of shitbay. kept coming loose and falling off. Finally, i was riding home from my girlfriends and it fell off. I was wondering why the light had all of a sudden dimmed, i pulled over to find my whole headlight unit hanging from the headset. Luckily i had good old black nasty in my toolbox so secured it back on with that. Didnt even bother looking for the headlight rim, wasnt worth the petrol!

Far front drum. Utter shite, the speedo drive died a death within a few miles, the studs were made of cheese and it caught on the brake shoes even before I took the slack out of the cable.

Just wait until you experience the rivets shearing. Now thats wank.

On the other hand. The Cnc'd cosa BGM unit is a nice bit of kit if you have the money.
That should be sturdy enough to last a while.
