    Vespa fork repaint.

    What paint would I need to touch up the colour on my Vespa t5 fork, or rather what shade of grey/silver.

    I know a lot of people just use hammerite smooth silver on the hubs and forks ect, fairly close match

    as watson said i just used silver hammerite mate was more less exact same

    okay cool, what did you use to paint with though? I'm looking at the paint in a tin. I would of thought a rubber brush would be okay.

    Depends how much your touching up, as long as you get the 'smooth hammerite' you can't really tell you've done it with a brush in most cases. Personally I'd say if your doing the whole forks spray em but if you touching up do it with a tin.

    Well when i done a restoration and forks were out i juat wire brushed them down and used hamerite on a paint brush and touch up on me own on scooter i just used fine artist brush
