    Inline tank

Post by rhyshill1 on Mon Jul 01, 2013 5:56 am

I'm soon to be putting an inline tank onto my smallie (NSU Quickly) Just wondering whether it will be better to run a fuel line into my main tank or to run a line straight to the carb and use a T Piece at the bottom?

Could be way off the mark here, but could a T-Piece introduce a chance for an air leak/air bubbles? If say the standard tank runs dry quicker than the inline one? It would suck air in?

If you run off a t piece you could just keep your main fuel tap off and use the inline tank as a primary, then once that's about dry, turn on the main tap and carry on... logistics boys
