JLs are a bit of a waste on standard T5s IMO, much better on higher capacity kits as you end up paying top whack for an expansion chamber which "releases" a load of back pressure, which in practice I find just pulls away the top end to send to the bottom. As luke says - brilliant for chucking round town in the low gears, but not much kop for touring as you end up going 3rd, 4th, 3rd, 4th as soon as you get a draft or a hill coming at you.
