    Heres the engine
The gasket face has been machine down and the crankspace has been machine out to accept long stroke full circle crank
As you can see ive made a packer plate to raise the barrel for the longer conrod and to raise the port timings

And heres the barrel with one side ported out (unfinished here tho )

Its 140cc with the 54mm stroke crank
Power should be around the 20bhp mark, possibly more.

how long do you get out these engines you build though? before they go bang, or just need completely rebuilding due to wear and tear?

as for the colour scheme, i think you should go for 'moronic' colours

what i mean by that is, those coloured cars you see and think, which nob went into the dealership and asked for a piss coloured car or a turd coloured car?

so my suggestion is, why not get it sprayed in that awful 'champange' colour and have brown rims and forks with white hubs with a bit of shit stain on them,

failing that i would most certainly go for either -

    cosworth blue,

    rs orange or green

go for a metallic purple maybe, or go for a burple colour, not blue nor purple,

    or balls to all them

and go for the new caterham racing colour scheme, racing green and yellow

It wont go bang mate, touch wood... the barrel has been specially coated , kinda like Nickasil.
the engines dont get hot enough for a lot of wear and potential heat seizures.
Although I am leaning the carb off as much as possible for maximum power

My Orange one went bang at the Shootout tho, that was due to a rather worn barrel and an intake air leak I didnt sort......Pretty much my own fault. ah well eh

Colour wise I like the brown Idea. would have to be a full on dog shit brown

But I am keeping it simple and fairly smart. Bmw Apine white III. Matt black other bits
But Im thinking about matt purple rims tho to make it stand out abit more maybe
