    what are best for wet and dry riding? i love my s1s but have a s83 on front now due to lack of money

    Sava MC20's are brilliant tyres . Very good in the wet and dry
    decent price too

    Michelin SM100s are a decent all rounder and fairly cheap. That or SIP performers are OK as they've sorted the rubber out on them now apparently.


    While we're on the subject of tyres does anyone have a half decent michelin dexter kicking about?... Shaggy? - also I'll email you next week about that P2 cylinder if you've still got it

    i've got schwalbe weatherman whitewalls on mine - swear by em

    had em on for 5000km n the tread shows no sign of wear yet

    they were outdated about 25 years ago. youve probably been given them because the owner knows how terrible they Smile

    They are rather skittish on the wet... not much better dry. The only time I've found them half decent is an a mildly graveled track Rolling Eyes

    Im not sure why they stopped doing the dexters as loads of people loved them. I've got one on a rim in the garage that's pretty much new and wouldn't mind a matching pair... unless there's a slim chance your set's going Jord?

    i know the owner he is more a f***ing bone head and not got a clue on scooters so i got him to buy some really cheap nasty ones to make his scoot look better and got two for nottin

    Just put some SIP performers on my scoot. Haven't half made a difference - nice and smooth ride and nice and grippy. Can't wait to get the buggers bedded in now! pirat

    I have some pirellis on mine, not as bad as thought they were going to be... But you do change your riding to suite...
