Chrome needs a lot of work to keep it shiny and nice also, I'd try to keep the scoot covered or in a shed or something..

What's that slogan "chrome don't get you home"

On a serious/related note why not invest the dollar on upgrading the engine, brakes, tyres or shocks first rather than chrome (or stainless) doo-hickies? Which you could add later on. After all I imagine arriving somewhere on the mega bus while your scoot shines on in the shed wouldn't do much for one's mod credentials Razz

Indeed.. call me mad but id rather have what i consider a good looking scoot in my back garden than having a great reliable good runner.

Think thats why i never got on with my T5 it was too reliable Smile

My new rust bucket is great tho

    go on attack me .......

I wasn't necessarily on about kitting or tuning, rather just making sure it handles well and would stick to the tarmac as I'm sure all those cumbersome towel racks and bog roll holders would do a good job making a vespa handle worse than it already does.

Dean you already know my thoughts, so I won't elaborate further than pointing out I think you may be mentally ill...

...What you done with your T5 by the way?

    Glad to hear it.

I suppose it comes back to the open face vs full face debate and I'm afraid my main priority when I'm on my scoot is not to end up in a hedge, ditch or in the rear quarter of a nissan micra rather than how my shiny death trap looks Rolling Eyes

    Sort yerselves out lads
