    Exhausts for PK range

Post by jamievespa on Tue Oct 18, 2011 6:24 am

Are all exhausts for PK smallframes (e.g 50, 100, 125) interchangeable?

There's a Sito+ for a PK125 on eBay atm I was just wondering if that'd be okay for my 100?

Also, I've heard Simonini (Current exhaust) aren't much cop, would I be gaining anything from the Sito+ or should I save for something a bit better?

    Cheers Smile

Yes, the sito will work on the pk100 barrel

The falc exhuast will not work for obvious reasons Rolling Eyes

    Cool Smile

Any idea whether I'll get anymore out of it?

Also.. if you don't mind me asking,

What would you recommend for getting more out of the scoot in general?

I'm thinking 135 kit but unsure?

A simple bolt on Dr130 will give you abit more gain, add 27/69 gearing tho.

The polini 130 will better tho. with 25mm carb,27/69 gearing, uprated clutch and good pipe(pm40,jl,franz,ect) will be good for 70mph easily

Or instead of messing with gearing put a 3.50 tyre on the back. ups the gearing about 5%

The falc exhaust only works with the Falc barrel(obviously) and the parma sp09 ans W-force.

Will be a bag of shit on anything other

Yeah cheers for that, I'm not after blasting speed but to cruise at around 50 would be nice Smile

So for simplicity's sake (and cuz I'm lazy) a DR130 and 3.50 rear?

Yes, a DR will good good for 50mph
Has the 100 already got a 19/19 carb. If not get one with the corresponding manifold.
Also an uprated spring for the clutch
