    hi, this is my bajaj chetak for those who dont no about bajaj, they where a company created by piaggio in india to sell indian versions of the vespa. mine is based on the vespa sprint veloce. bajaj where making scoot under licence from piaggio until around 1975 i belive when piaggo decided to sell bajaj. they continued to make scooters on there own as there own company until around 2003 i think. not 100% on years like but im sure im close. anyway here is my bajaj, i done the union jack panels myself Razz and im putting the crome trimming back on it soon.

    Put a new mudgaurd on the front now, when i put the chrome trim back on ill put a few more pics up. its got a px150 engine init with a dr180 kit. ive only just fitted the new engine and im going the shop 2moz to get new jets. how much should i upjet by for the 180 kit?

    Not my cup of tea, but it's nice to see someone putting their own stamp on a scoot Wink

    Jetting wise for a DR you're looking at about the stock 200

    So thats:

    140 air bleed
    BE3 mixer
    116 main

    45/120 idle

    Have you replaced the carb by the way? If not I'd suggest getting a 24mm PX type put on, should give you a better response
