    Nice start.
I'd go over the barrel transfers again If I were you just to clean them up.
Whats the exhaust port widened to ?

Also, your going to want to raise the port timings to suit the zirri silent pal.

Just seen that it has gikspeed wrote on it, he posts some interesting projects on modern vespa. He seems to know what he is doing.

Any pics of what it is going to go in?

Only difference between then and now is that it has two mirrors, front black rack, and a corsa seat.

Oh, and that it ate a piston circlip last week. Setting it up with a ported Malossi 210er, W5 Flowed Crankshaft, MMW2 Reed Mani fed by a BGM 30mm PWK, and a 226 Vintage Hot Wing pipe. Gonna be nasty.

Thanks Jord, I appreciate it. Just fit the new cruciform and DRT stiff spring to my driveshaft. Going to go to the store and grab some new wire wheels and some self-etching primer and get to work on the primmy parts.

My p200e had a bad rear shock engine buffer and was scraping the inner rear wheel. Gotta get some carb cleaner and a wire brush to scrape off all the stupid rubber that sprayed onto it. Preppin' for media blasting.

Nice P2 there. red on black makes any vehicle faster - and that is a fact Laughing

I think that baldy front tyre looks testament to the fact that there's no MoT tests in the states cyclops

Vintage scooters do not have to be inspected in the states, but those tires were changed out for Shinko Whitewalls when I took it on the road. Changing both bikes to Conti-Twists when they go back onto the road.
