    Fitting 3.50 tyres instead of 3.00?

    yes you can , you may have a slight clearance issue with clutch cover bolts and maybe the swingarm but it will only be slight and a very easy fix

    I have a 100/90/10 on mine which is bigger than 3.50 10

    Cool Smile been reading up says to use washers on the hub?

    Can I do front and back?

    yes front fits no problems
    re the back, washers on the hub is no problem at all

    you also have about 4% gearing increase i think it is
    so slightly higher topend depending on whether your motor can pull it
