Its all in bits at the moment . I will get better shots when rebuilt, cleaned and polished.

Engine going through some reworking at the moment to help it pull the tall gearing
Then onto the Dyno to get the carb properly set up Twisted Evil

It makes its power at about 9000rpm
The barrel has been modified something silly.

I had a bit of crash last year and the horncasting got bashed in Mad a replacement 100 sport horn is quite a rare find so I replaced it with a penguin Razz

Its not all about the cc really , its about port time area and port timing.ALso you need an exhaust to suit it
My mates 154cc Falc SS90 makes 33bhp and is faster than any RB250, TS1 ect . Its mental

My T5 cant even get to 9000 rpm, 8000 tops. If i put a higher reving pipe on it would, but it is good for touring as is.

Normally a bigger cc adds more torque, doesnt it?

Dean , im guessing you mean the ignition timing ? If the timing is out the engine will backfire. If the ignition is to retarded you will hole pistons .
