Im trying to get this built for the weekend...........and its not going well !

Being quite ill isn't help alot. Ive closed my casing 3 times upto yet, only to have to open them again because I keep forgetting silly little things. I closed my casing last night and thought "sweet" I can bang it in the frame now.

went into the garage to put something away and then picked up a spring....stood there for a minute ........CRAP. I forgot to put the kickstart return spring in No

    What a penis !

Stripped the engine Jordan, sorted the clutch problem. had to shim the kickstart quadrant and xmas tree to compensate for beefier clutch.
Also re-shimmed the gearbox to 0.1mm

Engines together now Smile just the barrel to go on.
Hopefully be riding it by tomorrow and ready for our club rally at the weekend Very Happy

Wow, scooter has had the carb setup properly, gearing slightly lowered and clutch preoblems all sorted. also the exhaust port has been raised

    Fook me, it fly's !!!
I found a long straight and tucked right in and thrashed it. Shocked Shocked I got it to 10,500 ish RPM
I had to back it off tho as I could feel the engine start to detonate
I really need to buy a vespatronic ignition kit to help solve that
