    Me and Ian are building a little monster which will consist of:
    130 polini kit ported & matched to casings & the inlet opened up abit.
    standard 125 crank but cut up abit Wink
    125 primmy gearing
    vespatronic
    hammerzombie copy exhaust & a 25mm dellorto

    Gonna get the engine out tonight and try figure out why the thing its rattling like a bitch, pictures to follow brothers & sisters Wink

    can tell you its gunna be a fucking beast, my pk had a 135 kit, polini gear up, porting and a polini reedvalve with a pm pipe and it errrrr flew, deffo faster than my t5 is. want it back Rolling Eyes

    Already got he vespatronic.
    Put it this way I have some very nice people in my life and all together it will have cost 350 for parts and labour.

    Right, got the engine out and get the electrics out of the way and got the barrel and head off.
    Found the problem to the rattling i think. check the piston :/

    As it stands atm Very Happy


    I really need to invest into a engine stand Very Happy

    50 Specials are nice, with the exception of the headsets - slap on a round yin and they look tons better IMO

    Well, I did a little bit of work today which took forever.
    Got the hub off and clutch out, i thought I'd too more pictures but clearly didn't.
    Nevermind. Here they are, interesting oh what?!?!
