nice one people but i think this time ive cured it. i went to take the gasket out the cylinder head (the one im not too sure should be there) and the nuts where all abit loose.

took the gasket out and it looks like oil has been coming out from the a gap there. took the gasket out tightenen it up tight!! and started it, rid it where i have the last two test times and when i got back no smoke.

its been sitting there now 20+mins and no oil mark under the bike either.
    so fingers crossed.

it was some fella on ebay. he was based like 40miles away. he advertised it as having new clutch plates, and being in fully working order. when i put the clutch in turners they said it was a complete botch job. tried to contact the fella since and he wont answer my calls Crying or Very sad gonna leave him bad feedback.

    it cost me £220
