    av dug me old px 125 engine out the garage and want to make a little stracer out off it, not mental tuning just basic plug and play Razz, a want a ally kit tho, no cast iron, just woundering if the parmer kit for the px is a best choice, dont want to spend a fortune tho, just wantin some advise cheers, pm recon u get 20 hp out off the 177 centrall plug tipe head

    20hp plug and play is a bit optimistic , 16-17 is more like it....with a bit of work 20 is achievable

    yer thts what i thort mate, a wud be matching casings, and finding a exhaust what work in harmony, also i was woundering if it wud be better to just get a t5 engine, with exhaust, still quite good and reliable but exspenciv for a t5 engine now, might aswel go for parmer set up, whats ur thorts mate?

    Depends on what you wanna do, just fanny on trying to source a T5 lump and paying a fortune or spend time and energy trying to get the kit set up just how you want it.

    The parma should be much tourqier with the right pipe than a T5

    The thing is, if you buy a random T5 lump how do you know its well built? I reckon if you build a Parma kittted scooter with decent parts it may be more hassle free in the long run.

    yes mate thats what i thought, if i build my px engine up i know its new and done right, buying a old t5 lump could be a shed inside and having to rebuild anyway, goin for parmer Wink

    to be honesy mate a havent a clue haha, crusing probs 55 itl hit power band at 56 cos its a kit Razz they gits for it, and just above 75 a recon down hil might get abit more Wink, honestly that just a guess, so al have to wait and see, probs towards end off year now as am puttin the p2 back together
