Post by Cockney_Reject on Wed Jul 20, 2011 2:59 am

Alright everyone Smile I've been interested in mods for about a year now, since I watched Quadrophenia, although I've only really just became really interested in the mod lifestyle so i'm not really a mod just yet. Once I get a job though I want to get a lammy or vespa, but yeah i'm 17 and live ins outh buckinghamshire in England.

If your plan on getting a scooter. A vespa T5 is the best there is for a learner. They are fast (i had 70 out of a slandered 125), reliable and fully leaner legal (you can take your full motorcycle test on them).

PX125 are just too slow for long distance IMO, i wouldnt want go down a main road at 55 (probly slower cos youve got a tent etc). With a little tweeking you could be hitting 60 odd. But my T5 does that as standered.
