    tell me about it, changing the piston rings was a bitch on that pk, as the barrel is bolted down separate to the head unlike on lardys,

    tight space to get your spanner in to undo and tighten up again Wink

    although working on this pk has made me want to another smally for myself,

    something like an et3 or 50 spesh style frame, but then falc it underneath

    Matt, get yerself a Paddock stand made up. They work wonders

    put the scoot on it , then undo the rear shock bolt to lower the engine down. Depending where your carb is take that off first
    Makes access simple.
    Ive stripped and rebuilt an engine with it all still in the frame Wink
