To Fuse or Not To Fuse

Post by 2ToneJake on Sun May 27, 2012 6:35 am

well, i fitted an amp and speakers to me scoot a few weeks ago but blew me speakers on the first run out, so i fitted a new set 2 days ago and they're not working

the amp used to work to charge my phone but doesnt anymore, i've gone over all the connections and they're fine, so i think the amps fucked

anyway, i ordered another amp today to fit in but to stop all this happenin again i was considering fitting an inline fuse, is this necessary and if so what size fuse would i use?

Yes, and around a 7.5 amp I'd say
