    do small frames have little brass plungers like pxs???

    Yep, is the plunger moving up and down when moving the leaver?

    Have you re-newed the brass plunger and thrust plate as these wear..

    the brass plunger and the thrust plate is fine but the leaver is not pushing the clutch in atall , it's solid as a rock

    IT'S FINE, WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE CABLED IT UP THEN IF IT DON'T WORK WHICH IT PROBS WILL, THEN ASK US. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DO IT BY HAND, UNLESS YOU A LUCKY FUCKER.
