    i forgot to say when i went to see the s1 yesterday with tommy and stevo he was showing me his Aladdin's cave and he and loads of cut downs and i was shocked to see a gs 160 that had been cut down and their was a sign that said on the wall no stopping the chopping just thought u scooter boys would like to know i will get a picture some time

    A friend of mine has a couple of Italian Sx frames he's chopped up lying about

    Also, his Chop is a Tv175 pirat

    i've never seen the point in chops tbh - i like a propper full frame scoot, each to their own though

    The gs wasn't the best looking Vespa imo anyway. I don't see why people feel the need to keep them concourse and in 60s trim, if you feel you can improve on the original then why not?

    I much prefer Gs's in satin or matt black, or maybe red oxide. With a spoked front wheel

    Rallys are the same. All the ones you see seem to be factory resto and 9/10 they're red. Pure imagination

    i like the old ones they have a certain charm, and i think that when they're gettin so rare its a shame to cut and destroy them

    The majority of the old-old ones were most likely cut down in the 80's when they really wernt bothered about it

    but as Wal says...Lack of imagination is rife today, people do the same old resto colour or people copy someone else

    Kinda like my orange one, after I done that a person who I wont name copied me and tried to take more credit like a pure dick.
    I quite like to keep my idea's to myself now. Thats why I wont post project progress until ive pretty much completed it now

    there was a gorgeous orange rally 200 at kelso

    all factory spec but the colour was propper eye catching

    It's nice to have a variety, I like a factory resto as much as a radical cut down.

    i just hate to see something so old thats been cut up - i dont mind some of the hot rod style scoots with the big tank in the centre but still got the legshields

    notone for chops but a cutdown, yeah, cutdown gs, I love you what a legend, i really want the money to buy a resto gs and rat the fucker right on the owners driveway after youve bought it, a gs or an sx ratted would probably complete my life....
