    big job little problem

    well my scooter broke down at southport them who wernt there when i put in gear and reved it died but when was neutral would rev fine so i got my dad to rescue me Crying or Very sad got the scooter home cleaned the jets carb air filter and changed fuel still doing it, i then changed plug cap cdi an plug still doing it, so i tested the stator ohms reading was low on red an white so i changed stator an then it wouldnt even start so i checked had a spark and it didnt so i put my old cdi plug cap an plug in and sparked fine so far it ran fine around the yard but taking out tommorow to check for good but everyone i spoke too not one said stator even people who fix them didnt say it but hay its one of them things FINGERS CROSSED NOW

    haha mate a hate electrics! shame vespa is italian Razz just keep swapin stuff till it works tape em down n hope for the best Rolling Eyes

    well just took for spin its fixed but not one person mentioned stator could be problem NOT EVEN THE MANUEL
